Shipping and Insurance:
Shipping and handling charges are included in purchase for most artwork.
Generally, these shipping charges cover all costs. However, particularly for long distance delivery or shipment involving large, heavy, or highly valuable pieces, additional costs may be incurred by the artist. In that case the artist will notify the buyer directly regarding any extra costs for shipping and insurance. The artist may request additional payment directly from the buyer – if the buyer does not agree to this the artist will issue a full refund of the purchase.
Refunds and returns:
Original artwork must be returned to the artist within a 7 (seven) day period following delivery of the item. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued within 5 (five) business days following receipt by the artist of the item. You must notify the artist that the item was returned and it must be in the same condition as it was received.
